This is where my family grew up. It is where we built our lives. It is home.
Now I would like to put my background to work for the city we all love.

I moved to Rhode Island in 2007 to join CVS.
Nearly twenty years later, this is still home. It is where I raised my family, built lasting relationships, and became part of the community I am now asking to serve.

I moved to Rhode Island in 2007 to join CVS.
Over the next eight years, I worked in Store Design and Category Management. I managed businesses worth hundreds of millions of dollars. I negotiated with national suppliers. I worked across large teams to solve problems and plan for the long term.
The relationships mattered as much as the numbers. The best partnerships were built on trust, preparation, and keeping your word.

Owning a small business changes your perspective. Every dollar matters. Every customer matters. Every decision matters.
Those lessons apply to city government, too.
Family
Four children. Four different paths.
I am the mother of four children. Each has taken a different educational path.
That experience taught me there is rarely one solution that works for everyone.
Good decisions start with listening, understanding the circumstances, and keeping an open mind.

Ten years serving Troop 55 Riverside.
For ten years, I served as Treasurer for Troop 55 Riverside.
It was practical work. Planning. Budgeting. Accurate records. Accountability. Making sure resources were there when they were needed.
Those are the same principles that should guide local government.
Showing up
Ask the question. Understand the answer.
I have attended City Council meetings, reviewed public records, and asked questions about the choices facing East Providence.
Residents deserve clear explanations of what was decided, why it was decided, and what happens next.
Why I am running
We can make better decisions and live the values we share.
We should understand where we are today before deciding where we are going tomorrow.
We should learn from cities that have solved similar problems.
We should make sure our spending reflects our priorities and our long-term goals.
East Providence has given my family a wonderful place to call home for nearly twenty years. I would like the opportunity to give something back.
